Job Description
We are seeking an analytical and knowledgeable Systems Engineer to join a consulting team that is responsible for our constantly expanding client base. You will implement ideas and best practices to build and maintain the best infrastructure for our clients.

Job Responsibilities
As a Systems Engineer for integraONE, you will install, maintain, grow and troubleshoot our client’s data centers and IT infrastructures. The systems you will work with include network switches and routers, firewalls, iSCSI and Fiber Channel SANs, data center servers and VMware.

Additional responsibilities for the Systems Engineer include:

• Modifying existing software to correct errors, adapt it to new hardware or to upgrade interfaces and improve performance
• Storing, retrieving and manipulating data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements
• Preparing reports and correspondence concerning project specifications, activities and status

Job Requirements
As a Systems Engineer, you must have verifiable expertise in building and managing a switched/routed network, VMware infrastructure, Microsoft server administration support, Exchange design, hardware maintenance/troubleshooting and monitoring systems utilizing HP SIM and SNMP. You must also possess superior communication skills and aptitude for independent problem solving. Your success in our environment will also hinge on your time management skills. Professional appearance, reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required as this is a road warrior position. You will be required to travel or drive on a daily basis.

Additional requirements of the Systems Engineer include being proficient in:
• Switching, Router and Firewall Configuration
• HP servers and Blade server building and maintenance
• Virtualization (VMware vSphere 4.0 or 4.1) for both servers and desktops
• Windows System Administrator (2008, 2008 R2)
• Microsoft Exchange 2010 Administration
• Backups including tape, D2D and offsite
